Getting codes resent

I have been trying for months to get my codes resent, but I can't get the request put through the site.  I've tried contacting Oliver, but with no reply.

Can anyone tell me what it takes to get my codes resent?

Friend Oliver on Facebook and send him a private message.  It worked for me, though he didn't send ALL my plugin codes.
