bug in tweak circ se

I know what it does but in tweak circ se when you press the question mark in the top left corner to see what a feature means, the Title Match Despite No-Show doesn't take and no message shows up.

Thank you. I'll fix this ASAP.

The feature's purpose is to allow for a substitute to defend a title if the champion no-shows for any reason.
