Rosey in AJPW

For those who are interested, AJPW is going to bring in Rosey soon. Hopefully it'll work out as well as it did for Jamal (and others) who both learned a lot and eventually got back to the WWE (and a decent paying gig.)

I wasn't that impressed with Jamal in AJPW. Although he did pick up a lot more than he did in the WWE.

I'm kinda hoping all the internet talk about AJPW being bought up by Yukes/NJPW happens...I know it won't but it would be cool to see Kojima and Muto back in NJPW.

I was, obviously. He carried Muto and Kojima multiple times and the Kawada-Jamal match was as much Jamal as it was Kawada.

I don't, at all. AJPW has finally found a post-split identity and while not really drawing all that spectacular, is really fun to watch. Kojima's reign has really solidified the Triple Crown and whoever beats him (I'm thinking Kea, but even with the CC win, you never know with his inconsistent push) will get a lot out of it. While I don't always like Muto's individual booking decisions, the overall booking of AJPW at this point is much more consistent with regards to feuds and storylines than either NJPW or NOAH, who either don't bother with them, or inconsistently follow them.

The rumors that Kojima may go back to NJPW once he drops the Triple Crowna are probably closer to being true than Yukes buying AJPW. Yukes already owns one promotion with lots of debt and is pumping tons of money into it. I can't imagine Muto would sell if he has to keep the debt since from my understanding their debt isn't really getting worse... just not better.

As far as Muto and Kojima back in NJPW... well, I'd rather see Kojima stick with AJPW. He's done wonders for them, basically carrying the promotion on his back. I can understand why he'd want to go back, but I really hope he doesn't. Muto... I'd like to see him retire or cut back, honestly. His knees are as bad if not worse than Kobashi's and unlike Kobashi, he's terrible at this point. From a drawing standpoint he probably does need to be on cards, I just don't want to see him at the top anymore.
