Anyone know much about this wrestler?

I've done some google searches, and apparently they've worked for FMW, and later on became Mr. Pogo II.  He also worked a Biohazard DNA gimmick, and as a transvestite?! (Must be why the female box is checked in TNM). Can anyone give me a half-decent bio on this guy?

Glorified opening carder.

Got a "sex change" and became Azusa Kudo. He decide "change back to being a man and freak accident happend during surgery when spider DNA" got into his system. He became Biomaster DNA.

He still wrestling under Gosaku Goshagawa doing garbage matches for BJW.
