Editing Gimmick Matches

RobDavis01Posted on 01/03/05 at 05:54:46

When I try to "edit" my gimmick matches through the TNM ControlCenter my TNM7 shuts down without any  error message.  Any help with this problem would be appreciated.  I already overwritten all the major files with "newer" files in my TNM7 program folder.  I've even tried reinstalling my TNM7 entirely.  Yes, I've also ran the TNM7DIAG program as well.

You're running Win98 SE, yes?

It's a known issue.  Oliver may be able to send you files compiled with different options until you two find one that Windows likes.

Rob,

please let me know when you're ready to give it  try.

Thanks, Eric :)

Eric,

Any help you can lend . . . I'm ready!

All I can tell you is that it's a problem with Win98 SE not getting along with TNM as well as it should, and if Oliver shuffles some things around it can sometimes be fixed.  I can't do anything personally - I've just been around long enough that I've seen this one before (on my old computer).

Oliver can probably help if you work with him.  And if he can't... well... it's about time for a new computer anyway! ;D

Rob, I've sent you three different versions of CCENTER.PBC. All have the very same code but are compiled with different options. Chances are that one or more of them will help.
