TNM closes abruptly when...
PrinceCharmed | Posted on 10/26/04 at 02:03:59 This has never happened to me before, just started now... but, when I am scheduling a card, and click Save card, and the next box comes up asking to continue with booking or save...when i click save, TNM closes. No type of error message at all. Just there one minute and gone the next. I have run the TNM7 Diagnostics Utility and it says that everything is okay. |
PrinceCharmed | Posted on 10/27/04 at 04:34:11 After a reinstall, TNM closes in the exact same manner when clicking the "Schedule New Card" option. |
Critic of the Dawn | Posted on 10/27/04 at 05:51:22 It gives no error message? That sounds like it might be a windows problem to me, but it could also be closing the window too fast for you to see the error message. Try running TNM from the DOS prompt. What happens then? Eric "Critic of the Dawn" |
PrinceCharmed | Posted on 10/27/04 at 17:34:40 Same result when opening with the DOS Prompt.... |
1000_Cent | Posted on 10/31/04 at 17:03:17 I'm getting the same problem when I try to open the Foreign Objects database, which is strange, because I can download exports into the database, but TNM 7 crashes when I try to get into the database. I was wondering if anyone had any solutions to this problem? Thanks in advance. |
PrinceCharmed | Posted on 10/31/04 at 19:40:27 I've sorted out my problem, and my TNM works fine. It was Windows issue. I performed a Windows XP Reinstall, and now everything is in order:) |
Oliver Copp | Posted on 10/31/04 at 22:36:14 1000_Cent - you might want to try unzipping this into your PROGRAM folder. It's a recompile of certain program parts for a customer who had similar trouble. I just changed a few compilation options (i.e., compiling the code for PII machines or higher) and presto - instant code ;) |
