It wont let me hire wreslters?

fatalcharm410Posted on 09/21/04 at 19:04:18

Tnm7sebuild2, this is the
only tnm on my system.

I read the rules,  I can't find tna7diag.  I looked in my folders and on the downloads on the website.   The problem is it will let me make my circuit but it won't let me hire any wreslters.  If u click on heels or faces or neutrals nothing happens.  If u click on ok it goes back to the main screen.  Any Ideas?

More Problems!!!!

I tried to delete this file and re install it. It wont delete it. everytime i try it gives me the same old program with the circuits i made and deleted.   Except now it won't run at all.  You click the circuit, and then it closes up the program.

Okay, let's start from the beginning.  Am I correct in assuming that you just downloaded TNM7 SE?

If so, have you downloaded any wrestlers?  Because, due to legal reasons, they can't be included with the game, and are therefore available free for download.

If you haven't already done this, go to the "Wrestler Export Files" link on the main page - it's on the left and is the last link in the "Downloads" section.  Unzip the file(s) you want to your Exports folder, go the the database, select the TNM control panel, and choose "Import."  As you select each file, it will prompt you to specify which wrestlers you want.  I suggest you only install the ones you're likely to use, as you may run into problems if you install every single wrestler available in the All Wrestlers file.

You can find the Diagnostic Tool as well as pretty much everything else here.

If you have already installed wrestlers and are having problems, run the diagnostics utility and see if it gives you any information.

Also, you should probably open TNM through the DOS prompt and try to duplicate the crash.  If you do this rather than running TNM through windows, the window won't close if it crashes and it will give you an error number at a certain pgm ctr.  Please write it down and post it here so Oliver can pinpoint what the problem is.

Good luck.

Hey actually I figured it out.  Thanx for your help, I must, I must continue my destiny of Ice Man Parsons vs. Barry Horowitz.

Glad to hear it's working for you now.

I'll be rooting for Horowitz.
