new tag team causes crash

Shadow_MaxxPosted on 09/10/04 at 20:42:27

um, i recently deleted a couple of tag teams from my all-fantasy tnm7se. i went to new tag team and, as soon as i hit enter, tnm disappeared. i did that a couple of times, then ran tnm7diag. no problems there, apparantly.  not sure what's causing this.

What is the exact error you are getting?

Please open a DOS command line (prompt), then type

cd \tnm7se (or wherever your TNM 7 SE is located)
tnm

Thanks,

Oliver

win2k doesn't have dos, but i got the program to stall after crashing by using vdmsound.

anyways, it says Error 2 at pgm-ctr: 34696.

In W2K/XP, you just have to look in Programs -> Accessories to find a DOS shell... or enter "cmd" in Start/Run.

Anyway, if you aren't using Build 2, please install Build 2 over your current one.

If you are already using Build 2 or if installing it doesn't help, please let me know and we'll take another route.

The error you're encountering is a system-specific which can only be solved for that particular system by shifting around the program code in the affected program parts.

installed build 2 over it. still just closes out. darn win2k.

It's not specific to your OS but specific to your particular system.

If you send me your current e-mail address, I'll send you a different version of CCENTER.PBC which may or may not show the same behaviour on your system.

Whatever you do, though, please make sure *not* to run TNM through a shortcut because 99.9 percent of all "unexplainable" things start right there.
