OVW Wrestler/official question

First off I never know if this is where this stuff goes and if it is in the wrong place please move it.  I started a jobber in my Smackdown circuit but suddenly he has a huge upset and I want to do something with him.  You see I just copied the Brooklyn Brawler and renamed him.  Anyway I came up with a gimmick for him but now I need a wrestler.  I vowed to only use people who are under contact....or were when I started and will add as they are hired...anyway I found this guy Chris Kay on OVW's website.  The only info I can find on him is that he is an official on Raw and training to be a wrestler down in OVW and has been for over 2 years.  Has he wrestled before does anyone know?  I basically just made a move set for him based on his size but would like more then that.  Thanks in advance.

No information seems to be available that I can find.  The only suggestion I'd make is to take the fact that his favorite wrestlers were HBK and the Harts into account.  Give him a moveset similar to theirs and there's a good chance you'll end up somewhere near reality... although from the looks of it, I doubt he'll be wrestling seriously any time soon; he's got a pretty solid start in the referee stuff.  Then again, I suppose he could pull a "Dangerous" Danny Davis...

yeah I know it is a stretch but his look just REALLY fits the character....oh well that is the way I am going, thanks for the help.
