Images with visualizer

Hi,
I know this is a basic question but I really need the help. I got all my wrestlers linked to the proper pics, but my manager picture takes up the entire square covering everyone else. Help
Also is there anyway to enlarge the visualizer?

What is the size of the manager picure compared to the wrestlers?

Does it do it for every manager?

It seems to only be with tag teams. The problem is most of my managers are wrestlers as well.
Example
Hardy Boyz pic: 360X340
Lita pic: 328X425

Is there a way to make smaller pics for when they manage as opposed to when they wrestle?

I also have managers that are wrestlers and when they manage, their picture is always a small picture in the bottom right corner.

I know it would suck, but have you tried to reinstall the Visualizer. Oliver might be able to tell you want to do but that's the only thing I can think of.

Could you please send me the offending pictures? I'll try to duplicate it on my end and to offer a fix ASAP.
