NexGen comentary Editor question
SnDvls316 | Posted on 07/20/04 at 20:33:43 Oliver, I'm working on some comentary for my TNM and had a question regarding counters in this. 1)Can you edit the comentary of a counter? For example: TNM normally says Jim Brunzell goes for a clothesline, but Jesse James counters it with a hiptoss. to say from clothesline trigger Jim Brunzell almost takes Jesse James' head off with a clothesline, but he misses and Jesse James counters with a hiptoss. 2) Can you edit comentary for double team moves? Example: a double kick to the midsection 3) Can you edit comentary for missed moves? example: TNM says Jesse James misses with a clothesline. to say: Jesse James goes for a cloteesline, but Jim Brunzell ducks under it. thanks Travis |
Oliver Copp | Posted on 07/21/04 at 07:09:57 Hi Travis, the NexGen commentary plugin is only for straight moves that actually hit in a one-on-one situation. Thanks, Oliver |
SnDvls316 | Posted on 07/21/04 at 21:52:23 does this include finishers too? Like say The Rock Bottom |
SnDvls316 | Posted on 07/21/04 at 23:54:38 sorry thought of another question. If I put in something for say a clothesline will it only use what I put in or will it also look for the generic TNM use too? |
Oliver Copp | Posted on 07/22/04 at 14:45:11 It'll look for both. As far as finishers are concerned, they aren't included here because they are specific to single wrestlers. |
SnDvls316 | Posted on 07/24/04 at 20:33:56 What am I doing wrong? I put in ##DEF##'s and it appears as Bret Hart##'s thanks Travis |
SnDvls316 | Posted on 07/24/04 at 22:12:54 NEVERMIND!! in one of the examples you list ##DEF##'s with the "s" being lowercase and it needs to be uppercase that was my problem. should say on page one of the help file QUOTE" ##OFF almost takes ##DEF##'S head off with ##MOVE. " thanks anyhow |
Oliver Copp | Posted on 07/25/04 at 00:38:38 I'm sorry for that oversight. I'll get it fixed ASAP. |
