Bugs fixed in build 2?

Is there a comprehensive list posted somewhere that outlines which bugs were fixed in build 2?  Also (this might actually answer my first question), can somebody point me to where the latest TNM manual is posted on the tnm7 site?  I can't find it.

The manual is in the TNM 7 SE download... TNM7SE.DOC.

There is no comprehensive list of bugs that have been fixed. In all honesty, the total list of bugs discovered since release is nine items long, the most major of which having been a bug which under certain circumstances caused the wrong person to be eliminated from an elimination match (no contest in a fall).
