.....it's one of the unlockable easter eggs, you have to have Shawn Michaels beat Triple H (not Hunter Hearst Helmsly) for the World Title, this will unlock the elimination chamber.

.....I umlocked all the easter eggs in my TEST league, the belt was simple named The World Title.....
