A 386 PC with DOS and 1MB of RAM :)

For some advanced features (such as themes and the Visualizer), Windows 95 or higher is required.

I can vouch for this as TNM does successfully run on an old 486 laptop I have that has very limited resources in today's world of high speed, high capacity PC's.
