Update on this problem

I went ahead and re installed with the latest version (I Think)

It seems to work ok..I did have  a crash..

But now The Managers and Belts don't show up..

I don't know what caused this in the first place.

If it gives you an error number, write it down and then post it here.  That should help Oliver figure out where your problem is and what you need to do to fix it.

There was no error number, just crashes..

I've pretty much have it fixed now.

I re installed the game. Then went checked the index.dat file in the media folder..It so many entries in it.
seems like everytime i had to re enter the photos to match the wrestlers, it would put another one in it..

I had several of the same wrestler, Manager,Belt  etc..
I went ahead and started with a blank Index.dat file and re entered evrything seems to work now..

I pretty sure that what cause it was, everytime i changed anything in the main database of wrestlers.
When i would do this , some wrestlers lost their photos.

I would than use the image wizard and re enter the photos.

I think that is where the problem was.

Thanks

First of all sorry for the late reply. I had been away on business for the past two weeks, however it'll be smooth sailing for the next six months from this point forward :)

Crashes without an error message are always something Windows is resposible for. Think of it as TNM running in a sandbox. If it causes an error, a message is displayed. At some random times (which not even Microsoft can or will specify), the Virtual DOS Machine pulls the plug on a running DOS application. Then it will seemingly just stop.

I'd be very interested in knowing if this is reproducible on your end. Also, the only time INDEX.DAT in the MEDIA folder is changed is when you use the Visualizer Image Wizard plugin.

Did you rename the wrestlers in your main database? Because that's pretty much the only situation where it would seem fathomable that their images would be lost (i.e., not being matched to their new names anymore).

Thanks,

Oliver
