Easter Eggs in new circuit

DarkAndEvilBastardPosted on 02/17/04 at 17:25:41

Hiya,

Just started a new circuit in the TNM I used for Beta Testing, but the Easter Eggs aren't active in the new circuit, despite me having 5 other circuits on the same TNM with 'em active.  They didn't need to be activated in each circuit, did they?  Or if so, wasn't there a shortcut to bypass that?

you have to activate all by yourself. Make sure you have WWE and bunch of old exports. Going to take hours or use of the R button. You can find how to activate it here:

I seem to recall they were unlocked globally, not locally.  And the #tnm ers backed it up.  If that's so, why's my new circuit not picking them up?

I mean, on this copy of TNM, I've unlocked them, started a new circuit, and the circuit seems to not access them.

Very strange... in fact, they ARE unlocked globally...

The Easter Egg hunter says I have unlocked no eggs, despite The Elimination Chamber still being selectable in all other circuits except my newest one.

Although none of them show up, in any circuit, when I use TweakCirc's Easter Egg function.

Tommy, I really am sorry but unless you send me a ZIP of your TNM, there will be very little I can do in terms of diagnostics.

The code always references the global Easter Egg file meaning that it doesn't matter if you start a new circuit or not - the Eggs HAVE to be there.

Oliver, just tried to mail it out to you and got:

I had a couple of ideas to fix it...starting with downloading the extras file off of TNM7.com and installing it to see if that would fix it, even though that wouldn't explain why it stopped acknowledging them to begin with.

I'm stilll stumped about this, honestly. You might want to try copp@hexacon.de instead.

Sorry for the late reply.

Thanks, but not needed.  I just downloaded the extras file off of TNM7.com and put it into my TNM and *boom*.
