WTF!! 900 Number Didnt Give Me code!!!!

I called the 900 number on the page and had my code ready, but it never gave me a chance to put it in!!!

All i got was some old man telling me about sports and a joke and a dating website!!!

it charged me 24.95 for NOTHING!!!

is there any way you can check this out? i know I didnt just call a 900 number for your product and got screwed without any product!!!!

usually your services are great. i decided to update my tnm and get the tweak circ but i was leary of doing this by 900 number. now i know why. i am going to be charged 24.95 for NOTHING!!

okay, here's an update. i spoke to an ibill rep who told me that the problem could have been weather in the area../??

she told me i would have to wait till i got my bill and dispute it with the phone co...when i told her it was her deal because i made the call but didnt receive a pin number, she told me she couldnt do anything..???

so i tried the number again. and now it says i have made a purchase already from this number and it hangs up..????

my first purchase was under the name Whitton Manor

Well I am truly impressed. This problem started for me at 8am us  time. In a matter of almost twelve hours Oliver had responded and promised to send my codes. This man is truly a professional.

I would encourage anyone to do business with him. His programs are the best in the business and he offers timely and helpful responses. I am sure he is swamped by requests from people and yet he didnt seem rushed at all. Might I suggest to anyone ordering to throw in a few extra dollars, just to show your true appreciation. I mean 25-35 dollars is not alot for a program that gives you so much. It's the cost of a playstation game, but the ps game does not give you the accuracy, the choices nor the control that tnm offers.

Oliver, my hat is off to you. THIS is why I am a 2 plus year user of your services and will continue years into the future with you.

We truly ARE in good hands with him.

Thank you very much for the kind words.

Honestly, though, it was just a matter of luck and/or timing because I just happened to get back from a business trip an hour or so after you e-mailed.

Usually I try to get back to everybody within 24 hours.


Speaking of which, our provider is currently "upgrading" their e-mail system which is techie for "you might be losing some e-mail", so it's always a good idea to CC to copp@hexacon.de when e-mailing me to make sure I get your mail.
