First of all, is Gail Kim's theme music the Russian duo TaTu? Its familiar to it at least.

Second, where is the best place to go in search of themes? Is there some kind of website, or is Kazaa the way to go.

I think it's Tatu's.  Or Victoria's is Tatu's...  Not sure..  I use Kazaa so...

Victoria definitely uses the Tatu song, so she may well be who you're thinking of. Mind you, I haven't gotten the chance to see Gail Kim in action, so she might use another/the same Tatu song for all I know.
