Wrestler Database Error(s) HELP!!!!

Oliver,Somebody Help me please!

I was trying to change Triple H's theme music and when I saved it I got an error PGM : 145763 or something like that I thought it had to do with his theme so I paid no mind and left it alone but later when I went to change moves and stuff on other wrestlers I 'd get the same error I'd like to be able to save with out the game crashing,so I downloaded the TNM7DIAG and it said my database was corrupted so when it tried to fix it TNM crashed again and I got this error PGM 449693 and now when I went back into my wrestler database thinking I had some how fixed the problem most of my wrestlers were replaced by numbers.Please help I have no idea what's going on.
