TNM7:SE strange DOS error

ggazooPosted on 08/02/03 at 02:00:19

I just tried to run TNM7: SE trial, and when I go to run the program, I get the message  "No 8087" at the DOS prompt.

What's that mean?

TNM 7 SE was written for microprocessors of at least 80386 level with a numeric co-processor. What CPU are you working on? I'll gladly compile you a different version which doesn't require a numeric co-processor.

That would be fantastic - I turned on "FPU" in my settings (I'm using a DOS emulator, Real PC),but I'm getting all sorts of error message snow, so I'm best leaving it of.

But would I have to order first? I'm still debating the upgrade to SE because I could never get my plugins working, and I'd love Tweak Circuit for Special Edition.

Tell you what... if you send me your e-mail address, I'll send you a pre-compiled version for use with RealPC that already has the plugins you want installed.

Wow...thanks Oliver, that would be great!  :)

Plugins would be Tweak Circuit and FCA Cubed.

Cheers!
