Will I need my old regisrtation codes for 2nd ed.?
Oliver Copp | Posted on 07/11/03 at 09:33:11 For using the beta, you'll need an installed version of TNM 7 First Edition. However, that may just as well be the trial version, it doesn't have to be registered. Go to http://www.tnm7.de/cgi-bin/tnmcms.cgi?page=resend_codes to have your codes resent. |
Tom_Imp | Posted on 07/12/03 at 19:40:37 I'm sure I read this somewhere, but I'm not 100% sure. When SE does come out, we won't need our old TNM's if we don't want right? The new version is supposed to come with it's own installer? |
blslivewire | Posted on 07/13/03 at 05:29:20 But we will have all of our ols circuit info saved in the 2nd edition right? |
Oliver Copp | Posted on 07/13/03 at 10:54:23 OK, two entirely different questions :) YES, TNM 7 SE will come with its own installer. YES, when updating, you will retain all information from your previous version, even 6.2 installations will correctly be updated to 7 SE. |
blslivewire | Posted on 07/14/03 at 08:33:57 If I buy the standard 2nd edition & Twek and not the upgrade will it still be compatable with my old TNM as far as saving data? Sorry for all the questions. |
Oliver Copp | Posted on 07/14/03 at 15:37:48 Yes, TNM 7 Second Edition is fully compatible with TNM 7 First Edition, meaning that if you wanted to, you could go back without adverse effects. |
